Job Description

Provide overall leadership and operational oversight for two hotel properties, ensuring consistency in service standards, culture, and performance

Drive financial results through disciplined budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and profitability initiatives

Lead and support food and beverage operations with a focus on quality, guest experience, and margin improvement

Partner closely with sales and marketing teams to drive market penetration, occupancy, and revenue growth

Build, mentor, and hold department leaders accountable for results, engagement, and operational excellence

Serve as the primary representative of ownership in the Edmonton market, fostering strong internal and external relationships

Ensure compliance with brand standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
