Role Summary

The role holder will provide learning and talent development support for our franchise hotels across Eurasia.


This individual will facilitate training programmes to the hotel community across a wide variety of topics.


They will support the Learning & Development team across their territory in planning the annual Training Calendar, identifying learning and operational needs analysis, coordination of course delivery and the continuous utilisation of the WHR LMS system.


They will have the task of ensuring that WHR hotels and their teams have the necessary tools, and the know-how to use them, required to work within our brand standards and systems with the goal of maximising revenue, brand engagement, quality assurance and guest satisfaction.
