About the Role


We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Hotel Manager and ready to take the lead at The Ashwood Motel in West Gosford on the Central Coast.


This position requires the successful applicant to live on site. You will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.


This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, commercially minded hospitality professional who wants to run an established motel and take it to the next level. Based on performance the role has future scope to expand to overseeing additional regional accommodation within our group as we continue to grow.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily motel operations including front office, housekeeping, maintenance and guest services.
