Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Resort Manager to oversee end-to-end resort operations, guest experience, staff management, and revenue performance. The role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily resort operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance)

  • Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction & service quality

  • Handle staff recruitment, training & performance management

  • Monitor budgets, costs & profitability

  • Coordinate events, banquets & guest activities

  • Ensure safety, hygiene & statutory compliance

  • Handle guest complaints & service recovery

  • Drive occupancy, revenue & brand reputation



Requirements

  • Resort / hotel operations management

  • Guest relations & service excellence

  • Team leadership & manpower planning

  • Budgeting, cost control & MIS

  • Knowledge of PMS & hotel software

  • Strong communication & problem-solving skills
