We are hiring an experienced Resort Manager to oversee end-to-end resort operations, guest experience, staff management, and revenue performance. The role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily resort operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance)
Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction & service quality
Handle staff recruitment, training & performance management
Monitor budgets, costs & profitability
Coordinate events, banquets & guest activities
Ensure safety, hygiene & statutory compliance
Handle guest complaints & service recovery
Drive occupancy, revenue & brand reputation
