Overview

Hotel Operations & Wellness Coordination Manager is responsible for overseeing the full residential, hospitality, and non-clinical wellness operations of Oasis Premium Recovery, ensuring a highly structured, supportive, and discreet environment for clients undergoing addiction, burnout, and mental health recovery.

This role goes beyond traditional hotel management and requires a strong understanding of recovery dynamics, emotional vulnerability, boundaries, and structure. The manager ensures that hospitality services, wellness activities, and therapeutic schedules operate in seamless alignment with each client’s individualized recovery plan, while maintaining clear separation from clinical decision-making.
