This role goes beyond traditional hotel management and requires a strong understanding of recovery dynamics, emotional vulnerability, boundaries, and structure. The manager ensures that hospitality services, wellness activities, and therapeutic schedules operate in seamless alignment with each client’s individualized recovery plan, while maintaining clear separation from clinical decision‑making.
