Our Hotel Reservation Agents provide World Class Service to all inbound and outbound calls from our Guest supporting their reservations needs. In our fast-paced, exciting environment, your day will consist of various call scenarios ranging from assisting guest making hotel reservations, Customer Service and, providing answers as needed to any process related questions, and more. The greatest part of the role is that you can assist our guests with booking the best vacation experience, once you join our Reservations Team From finding multiple promotional offers to assisting with customizing each vacation – you will be a professional at it all Room only, Meal plan packages, spa services and transportation services.
