About the Role

We are hiring a Reservations & Guest Services Agent to support multiple hotel properties remotely. This role functions as a virtual front desk, handling guest communication across phone, SMS, and email, while coordinating with on-site teams to ensure a smooth guest experience.

You will regularly manage real-world guest scenarios—non-refundable cancellations, room dissatisfaction, booking issues, and service requests—often across multiple properties at the same time. This role requires strong judgement, empathy, clear communication, and the ability to stay calm and organized under pressure.
