About the Role We are hiring a Reservations & Guest Services Agent to support multiple hotel properties remotely. This role functions as a virtual front desk , handling guest communication across phone, SMS, and email , while coordinating with on-site teams to ensure a smooth guest experience.
You will regularly manage real-world guest scenarios—non-refundable cancellations, room dissatisfaction, booking issues, and service requests—often across multiple properties at the same time . This role requires strong judgement, empathy, clear communication, and the ability to stay calm and organized under pressure.
