Our client is a well established hotel chain in metropolitan Melbourne is looking for Hotel Service Supervisor with great customer service skills to join their vibrant team.
The position involves oversight of staff and to coordinate the service staff team members. This includes tasks such as allocating duties, maintaining records, and ensuring health and safety requirements are maintained.
Overseeing the front office and reception you will be required to:
• resolving staff issues and suggesting improvements.
• supervise staff
• maintaining records and rosters
• attend to attendance records, staff schedules, and other administrative tasks related to staff management.
• ensuring safety regulations are adhered to and also hotel policies and procedures.
• oversight of guest services
• co-ordinating with other departments
