Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel Site Interior Designer based in Gangtok. The Interior Designer will be responsible for devising innovative and functional design solutions for hotel interiors. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, creating interior design concepts, preparing construction drawings, and selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). The role involves close collaboration with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design intent is met and project deadlines are achieved.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design
• Experience in preparing detailed Construction Drawings and expertise in Architecture
• Knowledge of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) selection and specifications
• Strong understanding of material utilization, functionality, and aesthetics in design
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Experience in hospitality design or working with hotel interiors is a plus
• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
