In a fast-paced hotel environment, our IT Support Specialists play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations of all IT systems and services. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining software and hardware infrastructure, and providing exceptional support to both staff and guests.
We are looking for highly skilled professionals who possess strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities. A degree or certification in Information Technology is required along with at least 1-3 years of experience in IT support roles preferably within the hospitality sector.
