Pay Range: $10 - $15 based on experience and certifications
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the Papa Johns restaurant, including overseeing food service, kitchen management, and customer service.
- Supervise and train team members in food preparation, cooking techniques, and inventory control to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Utilize POS systems for order processing, payments, and tracking sales data accurately.
- Conduct interviews, hire staff, and provide ongoing coaching to maintain a high level of service.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for improving restaurant performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Food service management experience
- Supervisory experience in a restaurant setting
