About the role:

Supports the overall cleanliness, organization, and efficiency ofHousekeepingoperations bymaintainingpublic areas, stocking supplies, andassistingRoom Attendants to ensure guest areas are clean, safe, and welcomingat all times.

What you will do:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Supports cleanliness standards by vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing, and ensuring all surfaces and fixtures aremaintainedto Four Seasons standards. 

Adds special touches to public and service areas to enhance the guest experience, such as ensuring guest-facing areas are consistently tidy, stocked, and well presented.

Assistswith deep-cleaning tasks andprojects asassigned.

Assistsin preparing floors and service areas for arriving guests, ensuring all supplies, linen, and amenities are fully stocked for the day’s arrivals and service schedules.

Complies withFourSeasons’Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct asset forth inEmPact.

Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Assistswith responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant, Turndown Attendant, and Room Attendant.

What you bring:

Previousexperience preferred but notrequired.

Ability to read, write and speak English.

This location and this job require applicants to have current work authorization in the United States.

Schedule & Hours:

This is a full-time position.

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, with the ability to work morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
