About the Role

Lead the day‑to‑day running of a Therapeutic Care home in Broken Hill. Provide direct support to young people, guide staff, and ensure therapeutic care, safety, and compliance. This role includes 36 hours face‑to‑face support plus 2 hours administration weekly.
