We are looking for a part-time House Supervisor to join our team in coordinating and supervising the activities in a residential care home in Tullamore , Co Offally


Working pattern: Monday to Friday , 5 hours per day

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Provide support and guidance to all direct reports (housekeeping staff, catering staff, cleaning operatives).
  • Communicate effectively with all staff, residents, external professionals, and other visitors.
  • Work efficiently with administration, care, and maintenance staff.
  • Take part in multidisciplinary care meetings.
  • Address any service-related issues as they arise.
  • Interview of staff for vacant roles and oversee the relevant trainings that needs to be completed
  • Review team performance and assist in managing staff performance.
  • Responsible for rostering and arranging staff cover, including short notice cover.
