Job Description

  • Coordinate daily room status, assignments, and communication with Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry.

  • Update PMS room status and follow up on maintenance, guest requests, and lost & found.

  • Support inventory control of linen, amenities, and supplies.

  • Clean and service guest rooms and public areas according to five-star standards.

  • Replenish amenities and report damages or safety issues.

  • Assist during peak operations, deep cleaning, and special projects.

  • Deliver courteous, professional service and respond promptly to guest requests.


Qualifications

  • 1–2 years’ experience in Housekeeping within a 4 or 5-star hotel.

  • Experience as a Housekeeping Attendant required; coordination experience is an advantage.

  • Basic PMS knowledge preferred.

  • Good English communication skills.
