Job Description
Coordinate daily room status, assignments, and communication with Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry.
Update PMS room status and follow up on maintenance, guest requests, and lost & found.
Support inventory control of linen, amenities, and supplies.
Clean and service guest rooms and public areas according to five-star standards.
Replenish amenities and report damages or safety issues.
Assist during peak operations, deep cleaning, and special projects.
Deliver courteous, professional service and respond promptly to guest requests.
Qualifications
1–2 years’ experience in Housekeeping within a 4 or 5-star hotel.
Experience as a Housekeeping Attendant required; coordination experience is an advantage.
Basic PMS knowledge preferred.
Good English communication skills.
