Job description

Room attendant's duties and responsibilities include:

· Cleaning : Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas 

· Making beds : Changing bed linens and making beds 

· Stocking supplies : Replenishing guest room supplies, such as toiletries and towels 

· Dusting and polishing : Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures 

· Vacuuming and sweeping : Vacuuming and sweeping floors 

· Reporting maintenance issues : Reporting any maintenance issues to the appropriate department 

· Customer service : Greeting guests and responding to their concerns or questions 

· Following policies : Following all safety and sanitation policies and procedures 

ROOM ATTENDANT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·Enters and prepares the room for cleaning.
