Housekeeping Manager

Wyndham Residences Piraeus MarinaZeas, the new member of Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, is situated in an iconiclocation on the seafront, overlooking the cosmopolitan Marina Zeas. Theproperty will feature total 72 luxury serviced suites and residences - 28 ofwhich will offer direct views to the marina and sea. With a set of premiumamenities such as on-site gym, meeting space and digital-first experience,Wyndham Residences Piraeus Marina Zeas meets the needs of each travel purpose -business or leisure.

As a Housekeeping Manager, you will play a key role inensuring an unforgettable stay to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Conductroutine inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain high standardsof cleanliness, presentation and maintenance

Oversee theallocation of room assignments and monitor progress to ensure timely andthorough completion of tasks

Monitor andreport to appropriate department any damage or deterioration in rooms andcommon areas.

Oversee thehousekeeping department budget, take inventory, and ensure an adequate stock ofcleaning supplies

Ensure Standard OperatingProcedures implementation of the department

Assist inthe onboarding and continuous training of the housekeeping staff, fostering aculture of service excellence and attention to details

Preparedaily schedule and work shifts

Communicateand cooperate with other hotel departments involved in the guest experience toaddress and resolve any guestroom and maintenance issues

Follows theproperty’s code of conduct and grooming and hygiene standards. Ensurecompliance with Wyndham Hotels and Resorts policies, health and safetyregulations

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism/Hospitality orrelevant field

At least 3 years of working experience in anequivalent role in a 4* or 5* city hotel

Strong communicationskills in both Greek and English; knowledge of other languages will beconsidered an asset

Knowledge of PMS OPERA (will be considered an asset) andMicrosoft Office

Exceptional leadership and team management skills

Critical thinker and problem-solving oriented

Ability to managemultiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention todetails; strategic thinker
