  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Assistant Manager, preferably at 5-star hotels or comparable luxury hospitality settings.
  • Proven experience conducting structured housekeeping audits, and driving corrective actions to improve service quality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and quality assurance management systems for audit tracking, reporting, and documentation
  • Certification in Quality Auditing is an advantage.
