Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Assistant Manager, preferably at 5-star hotels or comparable luxury hospitality settings. Proven experience conducting structured housekeeping audits, and driving corrective actions to improve service quality. Proficiency in MS Office and quality assurance management systems for audit tracking, reporting, and documentation Certification in Quality Auditing is an advantage.
