Manpower Managment, recruiting and attandance record
• Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including scheduling, training, and supervising staff.
• Ensure that all areas of the Companies are kept clean and tidy.
• Monitor the use of cleaning supplies and equipment and order new supplies as needed.
• Ensure that all housekeeping staff adhere to safety and health regulations.
• Respond to customer complaints and take appropriate action.
• Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of housekeeping staff.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a housekeeping role.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
