Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhopal for a Housekeeping Supervisor. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee daily housekeeping operations, manage and train housekeeping staff, coordinate with the laundry team, and ensure a clean and welcoming environment for guests. The role also requires monitoring housekeeping inventory, addressing guest needs promptly, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards within the premises.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to manage and oversee housekeeping staff effectively
• Knowledge and experience in Housekeeping operations and Laundry management
• Proven Customer Service skills with a focus on addressing guest needs and ensuring satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills for coordination within teams and with other departments
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
• Familiarity with safety and hygiene regulations in hospitality
• Prior experience in a similar role, especially in the hospitality sector, is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality management or related fields are a plus
