Position Description

• Train Housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Oversee housekeepers on a daily basis
• Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
• Check rooms and common areas, including stairways and swimming pool
• Make sure all rooms and communal areas are up to standard
• Wash, fold and put away the laundry
• Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
• Monitor individual staff performances and growth
• Respond to customer complaints and special requests
