We are looking for a professional Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at our small Christian Science Nursing Facility. You will be responsible for motivating a team of housekeeping professionals and creating an environment for them to perform at their best. Focusing on training and quality control is critical. Managing workflow and labor resources is a daily challenge. Hiring, staff training, making schedules, and inventory control, are the primary duties.
