Responsibilities
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols.
- Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Oversee the daily activities of the housekeeping staff including attendants reliever arrangements etc.
- Provide guidance training and support to ensure the team performs at optimal levels.
- Schedule and organize work assignments ensuring efficient coverage and timely completion of tasks.
- Inspect the buildings common areas public areas and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and adherence to established standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment including requisitions for restocking.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
