Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols.
  • Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • Oversee the daily activities of the housekeeping staff including attendants reliever arrangements etc.
  • Provide guidance training and support to ensure the team performs at optimal levels.
  • Schedule and organize work assignments ensuring efficient coverage and timely completion of tasks.
  • Inspect the buildings common areas public areas and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and adherence to established standards.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment including requisitions for restocking.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
