Housekeeping Supervisor – Hotel

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards across guest rooms and public areas. The role requires strong team supervision and attention to detail to deliver an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff and allocate daily duties
  

• Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house
  

• Inspect rooms and areas to maintain hotel quality standards
  

• Train housekeeping staff on SOPs, hygiene, and safety procedures
  

• Monitor inventory of linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies
  

• Coordinate with front office for room readiness and occupancy
  

• Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related issues
  

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
