Job Description
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will support the Housekeeping leadership team in delivering exceptional cleanliness, comfort, and service across guest rooms and public areas. You will supervise daily operations, lead and motivate colleagues, and ensure all areas meet IHG Brand Standards, health & safety requirements, and guest expectations.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
+ Supervise daily housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
+ Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance standards are consistently met
+ Ensure adherence to IHG Brand Standards, Crowne Plaza service culture, and Heartbeat Guest Satisfaction metrics
+ Coordinate with Engineering and Front Office to resolve maintenance issues and guest requests promptly
