As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you are jointly responsible for the daily supervision and quality control of the housekeeping operation. You report directly to the Executive Housekeeper and work as part of a team of three Housekeeping Supervisors.

The room attendants are outsourced through a fixed employment agency, which makes you a key link in ensuring quality standards, communication and smooth cooperation on the work floor.

What will you do?

• Daily supervision and guidance of room attendants
• Inspecting guest rooms and public areas in line with Radisson standards
• Ensuring efficient planning and task allocation
• Acting as the main point of contact on the floor for the employment agency
