Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Assist Room Attendants with check-out rooms by removing used linen, rubbish, and basic clearing for cleaning.
• Replenish and organize housekeeping trolleys and floor pantries with linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
• Refill guest room amenities and housekeeping inventory as instructed.
• Escort contractors for pest control and/or gardening services to designated areas when required.
• Assist to deliver amenities such as hampers or fruit baskets to guest rooms.
• Conduct basic checks and report any room defects or maintenance issues promptly.
• Support Housekeeping team in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in service areas and storerooms.
• Adhere to safety, hygiene, and hotel standards at all times.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Housekeeping Supervisor/Executive.
