We’re Hiring | Housekeeping Faculty

Location: Thiruvananthapuram

Experience: 5+ years

Qualification: BHMCT / Graduation in Hospitality (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver housekeeping training (theory & practical)
  • Develop training modules and structured lesson plans
  • Assess trainee performance and provide regular feedback
  • Ensure grooming, hygiene, and discipline standards
  • Train as per industry SOPs and safety guidelines

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in hospitality housekeeping training (mandatory)
  • Strong operational knowledge
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in Malayalam, English, and Hindi (mandatory)
