Maintain cleanliness hygiene and asset integrity.

Supervise external contractors and staff allocation.

Administration Maintenance & Security

Record keeping and room allocation.

Equipment and amenity provision.

Liaison with contractors for maintenance.

Ensuring security protocols and emergency procedures.

Cleanliness & Inventory

Maintain high cleanliness standards.

Manage linen inventory and room inspections.

General Responsibilities

Uphold company standards and promote positive relations.

Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor.

Adhere to rules and regulations fostering a cohesive work environment.
