Job Summary:
• The London Borough of Islington is seeking an experienced Project Manager (New Homes) to join the New Homes Development team on an interim basis to cover a vacant post.
• The postholder will be responsible for delivering a number of large-scale and complex new build housing projects, typically valued between £20m–£50m per scheme, through all RIBA stages, either via direct delivery or through development partners.
• The role requires strong project, financial and stakeholder management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards, contributing to the Council’s ambitious affordable housing programme.
