The primary purpose of this position is to develop management plans & directives concerning the operation & utilization of permanent party housing assets: family housing (FH), general officer quarters (GOQ), unaccompanied officer quarters (UOQ), unaccompanied enlisted personnel housing (UEPH), Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH), Furnishings Management Operations (FMO), & housing relocation assistance/referral(HRA). Responsibilities Directs the administration, occupancy, termination, and contract activities of all permanent party and government­ controlled housing, including accompanied and unaccompanied personnel. Directs and controls funding for Family and Unaccompanied Housing budgets.
