Job Description
The role of Housing Support Assistant will include:
Providing onsite management and supervision of the supported housing service ensuring the delivery of an effective, enhanced, housing management service Assisting with tenancy and voids management and maintaining occupancy levels
Supporting and promoting compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures
Building and maintaining relationships with customers and internal and external key stakeholders
Managing the procurement and availability of supplies, furniture, and equipment
Recording and updating relevant data, maintaining effective filing systems
Contributing to special projects and change programmes as appropriate Previous experience delivering tenancy services
Experience working to deadlines and prioritising workload
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
