We are looking for an IT Support professional to join our HQ team in Madrid, providing hands-on, end-to-end support to our employees. This is a critical, 100% on-site role based in our Madrid HQ office , requiring daily physical presence. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not applicable for this position.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including laptop imaging, allocation, and access provisioning.
  • Secure endpoints and ensure proper protection of corporate data.
  • Provide support for internet connectivity, networking, and printing solutions.
  • Track, update, and maintain hardware assets in the device management tool.
  • Collaborate closely with the Global IT team on shared processes and escalations.
  • Receive user requests and manage tickets from incident opening through resolution and closure.
