Job Responsibilities:
HR Administration
- Assist in jobs posting, screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and offboarding staff.
- Maintaining employee records include maintaining HR files, updating personnel data, managing staffs attendance/leave.
- Assisting with payroll processing, employee claims, and benefits administration.
- Assist in updating HR policies, coordinating training, managing performance reviews.
- Ensuring adherence to employment laws and regulations.
- Always keep update with MOM rules and regulations.
Accounts Assistant
- Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR):Handling invoices, billing, processing payments, and chasing debts.
- Bookkeeping: Data entry into accounting software (e.g., Autocount, SAP), managing ledgers.
- Financial Admin: Petty cash management, expense claims processing, preparing basic financial reports.
- Reporting: Generating simple financial summaries and maintaining accurate records.
- Office Management: Ordering supplies, managing filing systems, handling mail.
- Coordination: Liaising with vendors, clients, and internal teams; arranging meetings/travel.
- Documentation: Preparing standard letters, documents, and maintaining control.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in HR/Business or equivalent.
- Possesses 3 years of working experience as a HR in the construction/oil & gas industry
