Job Description

  • Restoration and maintenance of the full HR administration cycle: HR documentation military registration occupational health and safety and fire safety.
  • Maintaining a database of employment and service contracts across different jurisdictions and cooperation formats (employment B2B etc.).
  • Monitoring deadlines for signing renewals and document relevance; supporting the entire document workflow.
  • Interaction with international HR partners and outsourcing platforms (e.g. Deel Remote).
  • Development and regular updating of internal regulations and documents in accordance with business requirements and legislation.
  • Advising employees on employment and documentation issues.
  • Supporting international hiring processes and providing assistance at all stages.
  • Supporting the operational activities of the HR department.
Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience as an HR Admin or in a similar role.
