The Company seeking a dynamic and organised HR & Admin Assistant to join our growing team in Johor Bahru. In this full-time position, you will play a key role in supporting the HR and administrative functions of our company. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the HR and administrative departments.

What you'll be doing

Providing administrative support to the HR team, including managing employee records, coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, and assisting with payroll and benefits administration

Handling general office administration tasks such as answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems

Assisting with the planning and coordination of company events and team-building activities
