Job Responsibilities
- Managing the Time Management System, generate various reports related to attendance and payroll preparation and others as required.
- Conduct and coordinate interviews and facilitate the deployment of hired personnel, initiate counseling or inquiries as needed.
- Draft employment agreement, disciplinary letter, and relevant HR letter.
- Verify attendance record and invoices for third party subcontractors. Monitor and renew subcontractor/service agreements.
- Oversee canteen operations and management.
- Oversee dormitory management.
- Maintain and update employee information for new hires in P-file and system. Administrative support for medical panel systems, employee claims, HR invoicing and procurement, travel arrangements, filing, etc.
- Support for foreign workers issue such as permit/passport application and renewal process.
- Any duties assigned by superior.
