Your mission


You will support day-to-day administrative and HR local operations, ensuring the office runs smoothly and employees receive great support aligned with company guidelines. 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Take part of accounts payable activities and handle vendor relationships, helping identify cost-effective solutions.
  • Oversee daily office operations while coordinating with building management in office related matters. 
  • Manage emails, phone calls, visitors, and service providers.
  • Support employees with internal systems (including ERP) and some general administrative needs.
  • Organize travel arrangements for staff and executives, including last-minute changes.
  • Maintain basic IT inventory and support local HR & Admin projects.
  • Help organize team-building activities and office events.
