HR & Admin Executive

Location: Goa (Full-time, In-office)

We’re looking for an HR & Admin Executive to help us build The Stack from the inside out. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role for someone who enjoys structure, people, and getting things done in a fast-moving startup environment.

You’ll be responsible for making sure our people operations run smoothly, our culture stays strong as we scale, and the day-to-day admin never becomes a bottleneck for the team.


What you’ll do

  • Own end-to-end HR operations: onboarding, documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, leaves, and exits
  • Be the first point of contact for employees on HR and workplace-related matters
  • Support hiring by coordinating interviews, candidate communication, and joining formalities
  • Help shape and maintain company culture, policies, and internal processes as we grow
  • Handle admin and office operations: vendors, office supplies, travel, basic facilities management
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and compliance-related documentation
  • Support founders with ad-hoc people ops and admin projects as needed

  • What we’re looking for

    • 3–5 years of experience in HR, Admin, People Ops or a similar role (startup experience is a plus)
    • Strong organizational skills and obsessive attention to detail
    • High ownership mindset – you don’t wait to be told what to fix
    • Clear communication and comfort dealing with people across levels
    • Ability to balance empathy with firmness when required
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
