Golden PET Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced HR & Admin Executive to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is based in Ipoh, Perak and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and administrative functions within the organization.

What you'll be doing

  • HR functions including recruitment & selection, salary administration, foreign workers management, immigration matters & employee relations.
  • Arrange and coordinate relevant training and development to improve employee work performance.
  • Involved in employee engagement to understand their problems at the workplace and see what we can do to help and support their needs in terms of training and human development.
  • Hands on with HR issues such as employee relations, grievances, complaints and provide counselling / guidance.
