Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing and short-listing of candidates according to specific business requirements.
  • Manage and handle foreign workers hostel, include up date the name list, arrange for maintenance, compliance the C.O.A requirement and other related issue.
  • Monitor the staff and workers attendance and take necessary action if needed.
  • Assist other staff for government inspection: BOMBA, JKKP, JAS, HALAL and other
  • Manage employee disciplinary matters and take necessary disciplinary action.
  • Attend to employee's disciplinary matters in accordance to the Company disciplinary policy and procedure.
  • Handle HR related matters such as Labour Department, Industrial Relations Department, JIM, KWSP, Perkeso , included arrange FW for medical check up (FOMEMA), renewal license and others.
