  • Coordinated recruitment activities, including interviews, onboarding, and training.
  • Handled HR documentation, employee records, and maintained updated databases.
  • Managed leave applications, attendance, and shift changes for payroll processing.
  • Addressed employee grievances and conducted regular engagement activities.
  • Conducted exit interviews and managed separation formalities.
  • Ensured compliance with labor deployment, safety protocols, and uniform policies.
  • Supervised housekeeping, canteen, and general administrative facilities.
  • Monitored security and staff activities, including during late hours and holidays.
  • Maintained strong relationships across staff levels and union representatives.
