Human Resources Functions
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Draft job descriptions, post vacancies, screen CVs, and coordinate interviews
Employee Relations & Performance
- Address grievances and enforce disciplinary actions in line with labor laws
- Implement performance appraisal systems and support career development
Training & Development
- Assess training needs and coordinate internal/external programs
- Maintain training records and manage training budgets
- Administer payroll, insurance renewals, and employee claims
- Manage competitive compensation strategies to attract and retain talent
