Role Overview
Develop and implement strategies to attract high-caliber talent that aligns with organizational goals. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, scheduling and conducting interviews, and extending job offers. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, ensure job descriptions are accurate, and provide guidance on recruitment best practices. Utilize diverse channels such as online job boards, social media, networking events, and talent pipelines to find suitable candidates. Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies, identify areas for improvement, and report on progress against hiring goals. Serve as a main point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.
