Job Responsibilities

  • Answer employee questions related to HR matters
  • Maintain employee handbook and offer letters
  • Conduct new employee orientations
  • Liaise with legal entity for HR matters
  • Maintain records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
  • Handle HRDF application
  • Oversee employee attendance and generate monthly attendance report
  • Post job ads, organize resumes and job applications
  • Schedule job interviews and assist in interview process
  • Collect employment and tax information
  • Orient new employees to the organization (setting up login, workstation, shell card, email address, phone and sim card, handbook and policy etc.)
  • Maintain current HR files and databases
  • Complete show cause letter, warning letter and termination paperwork and assist with exit interviews
  • Assist in employee KPI evaluation
