Job Responsibilities
- Answer employee questions related to HR matters
- Maintain employee handbook and offer letters
- Conduct new employee orientations
- Liaise with legal entity for HR matters
- Maintain records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
- Handle HRDF application
- Oversee employee attendance and generate monthly attendance report
- Post job ads, organize resumes and job applications
- Schedule job interviews and assist in interview process
- Collect employment and tax information
- Orient new employees to the organization (setting up login, workstation, shell card, email address, phone and sim card, handbook and policy etc.)
- Maintain current HR files and databases
- Complete show cause letter, warning letter and termination paperwork and assist with exit interviews
- Assist in employee KPI evaluation
