Job Description
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
Assist in the recruitment process: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
Support onboarding of new employees; and off-boarding.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Maintain and improve HR policies and procedures in line with company’s business.
Report to the management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Managing employee affairs including discipline, grievance and etc.
Any other responsibilities that assigned by superior.
Account & Administration
Manage daily office operations including correspondence, filing, documentation, and record-keeping.
