Job Description

As a HR Admin Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the HR and Technology department with administrative, welfare initiatives and tasks to ensure smooth operations and in compliance with Company policies and SG legislations.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Managing office renovation and office maintenance services, pantry and water supplies, photocopier and paper supplies, door security and CCTVs, employee' uniforms and name-card printing.
  • You will assist in HR and IT admin tasks, such as scheduling of interviews, filing of documents for workers' P files, procurement of staff welfare items, issuing/returning of office and IT equipment etc.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of workers' data.
  • In addition, you will be tasked to organise company-wide staff well-being initiatives and events.
  • Keep Admin-related SOPs updated on a periodic basis.
